This week's bonus content features a conversation with Rob Conley, Director of Financial Operations for IM, Inc.

Rob also serves as head of security for the NAFWB national office building as well as The Donelson Fellowship FWB Church in Nashville, TN. He joins us to discuss the importance of church security and how to implement security policies while maintaining the mission of the church: reaching the lost for Christ.
